Please Note:

  1. Contract period begins on the week before school starts in August and ends on Graduation day in May.
  2. The prices shown on this website DO NOT INCLUDE the $300.00 deposit that must accompany the application form.
  3. All payments are due on or before the July 1 and August 1 deadlines.

If your July 1 payment is not received on or before July 1, your reservation and entire $300.00 deposit are forfeited.
If your August 1 payment is not received on or before August 1, your reservation and entire $300.00 deposit are forfeited.  Half of your July 1 payment will be returned.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made prior to July 1 are subject to a $50.00 forfeit of the $300.00 deposit.
  • Cancellations made after July 1 forfeit the entire $300.00 deposit.

Reserving an apartment

To reserve an apartment you must:

  1. Log on to our web-site at www.oldfarmstudenthousing.com and submit a “Request for Application” Note: This does not guarantee your reservation.
  2. Old Farm will send an official application and contract to those who have submitted a “Request for Application”
    Note: These are sent on a first-come first-serve basis. Those students whose requests are submitted first receive preference.
  3. Your spot is not guaranteed until we have received your application, contract, and $300.00 deposit.
    Note: $250.00 of the deposit is refundable when you check out minus any damage or cleaning charges.
  4. Pay half of your rent on or before July 1.
  5. Pay the remaining balance on or before August 1.

*All five of these things must be done to keep your reservation at Old Farm.

Roommate preferences and apartment assignments

-Roommate preferences are honored according to available space. We do not guarantee you will be with all the roommates you request. We will try to honor your requests if all parties desiring to be together have requested each other in writing on their applications, all deposits are paid, and rent payments are current.

  • Phase one has six tenants per apartment, and phase two has five tenants per apartment.
  • Apartment assignments will be posted approximately two weeks before school starts.

Miscellaneous

  • Old Farm does not furnish cooking supplies, sheets, towels, tools, etc.
  • All apartments at Old Farm are NON-SMOKING and NON-DRINKING
